It was fine this morning. My computer shut itself off this morning due to overheating, so after it cooled back down, I restarted it. It came up with a black screen with one line of white typing across it, very briefly, so I don't know exactly what it said, but it was something about applying updates, more than 10, of them, and the counter counted up to whatever number that was very, very fast less than 5 seconds.
I only had time to open the internet, and then I got a window at the bottom saying windows needed to restart because there were I think updates to be made, and that it would automatically restart in 5 seconds, 4 seconds I tried to postpone it since it had just restarted, and when I chose 2 hours from the dropdown and then clicked Postpone, it restarted anyway. Again I got the black screen with the white typing briefly, the screen about windows applying changes came up telling me not to shut down my computer, it finished doing it's thing, I entered my password and my computer took more than 5 minutes to finish restarting.
I opened the internet fine, and when I clicked on the Outlook icon, the button highlights for a few seconds, the blue "thinking" swirl showed beside the pointer, then nothing. All other Microsoft Office programs seem to be working fine along with the internet.
