Depending on the subscription of your organization, recordings of Teams meetings could be found in different places. Instead, you could find it in Teams channel or meeting chat shortly after a meeting ends, where you will be able to download it within a period of 21 days.

For more detailed information, please refer to Upload a Microsoft Teams meeting recording to Stream. Also, in Q1 of , Teams meeting recordings will no longer be saved to Microsoft Stream. Moving forward, all meeting recordings will be saved to OneDrive and SharePoint. Some organizations are already choosing to make this change.

  Didn't match my screen. Meeting recording storage and permissions. Pictures helped. If you were part of a scheduled meeting, go the Details tab of the meeting event in your calendar and select the recording. Teams meeting recordings will be stored in OneDrive or SharePoint, depending on the type of meeting.
